The function of the Planning Board is to review and issue determinations regarding applications for the subdivision of property, placement of signage, and site plan review in accordance with the local laws of the Town of Hartwick.
Applications for the above can be printed from the website under “Permits and Licenses” or obtained from the Planning Board Clerk
Planning Board Meetings are typically held on the FIRST Tuesday of each month and begin at 7pm in the Town Hall Meeting Room.
